Therapy

Culturally Conscious Therapy

Culturally sensitive and cross-cultural therapy, supporting identity, belonging, intergenerational trauma and lived experience across cultures.

Trauma-Informed & Inclusive Practice

Trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy, offering a safe, inclusive space to explore race, culture, gender and power.

My work is grounded in a culturally conscious, cross-cultural, and integrative approach that honours the fullness of each person’s lived experience. I am attentive to early life and attachment patterns, unconscious cultural scripts, intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, and the ways intersecting identities shape selfhood, belonging, and meaning.

Integrative Therapy & Issues Supported

Integrative therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, grief and recovery from narcissistic abuse.

I practice from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and decolonial perspective, acknowledging power, privilege, and historical context within both society and the therapeutic relationship. Conversations around race, culture, gender, sexuality, faith, and oppression are actively welcomed, creating space for identities and spiritual traditions that are often marginalised or silenced.

Spiritual & Somatic Therapy

Spiritual, somatic and transpersonal therapy in the UK, incorporating body-based awareness, symbolism, dreamwork and meaning-making.

My integrative work blends early life and attachment-informed understanding with humanistic, relational, and existential perspectives, supporting clients through life transitions, crises, grief, and periods of profound change. I work with a range of issues, including inter-cultural relationship challenges, intergenerational trauma, workplace difficulties, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and recovery from narcissistic abuse.

Identity, Belonging & Healing

Therapy supporting identity, self-worth and belonging, honouring personal history, ancestral wisdom and emotional wellbeing.

For those who wish, I incorporate transpersonal and spiritual dimensions, including dreamwork, symbolism, and creative imagination as pathways to deeper insight, healing, and meaning-making. I also draw on energetic and chakra-based practices, informed by my Indian heritage and personal yoga practice, and am sensitive to somatic and energetic blocks that may arise unconsciously in the body, emotions, or relational field, allowing the work to flow across psychological, relational, somatic, and energetic layers.

From the outset, I invite clients to bring all aspects of themselves into the therapeutic space. My aim is to provide a grounded, compassionate, and spiritually inclusive environment where healing, integration, and authentic self-expression can unfold honouring both personal experience and ancestral wisdom.
